BTL Producer required at high profile West London Broadcaster

This role provides crucial production expertise within the Advertising team; overseeing and delivering entire BTL campaigns for their dedicated business area. A great chance to work with a huge breadth of highly talented and experienced creatives and the breadth of work is very broad and dynamic and exciting from sports to original productions.

This role is both creative and administrative ie; interogating Marketing’s creative brief, briefing creative teams. But also having a firm grasp on the detail of a project, from scheduling meetings to booking resource and being a central point of communication between Marketing, and internal creative teams such as Creative, Resource Management and the Production Studio.

This role will have full ownership of medium to high complexity campaigns, so the BTL Producer must have a strong understanding of production and comprehensive knowledge of CRM Email, Press, Direct Mail, Digital Display, OOH and Social assets.

This role is hybrid as the Producer will work closely with the Marketing team, our Stakeholders, so the candidate must have account management skills.

  • You’ll play a crucial role in the BTL production team working across a variety of campaigns, delivering a wealth of BTL assets that are trading focused  
  • You’ll own campaigns from start to finish, delivering content for your specific business areas
  • There are lots of opportunities to work with other departments in Creative, where you can bring your expertise and knowledge to the table


Key responsibilities:

  • Receive & assess Stakeholder creative briefs
  • Lead on larger campaigns
  • Create timings plans
  • Create budgets where required on over and above campaigns
  • Create jobs in our internal workflow tool ensuring that placeholder resource requests, briefing info, timings and job details are always up to date
  • Manage and book internal and external meetings throughout production process (internal & external reviews, production updates with internal teams etc).
  • Brief creative teams and oversee creative development process ensuring work delivers against brief
  • End to end delivery of campaign assets
  • Check creative work (QC) before delivery
  • Manage the Stakeholder review process ensuring timings and budget are adhered to throughout the full lifecycle of each project
  • Incorporate Stakeholder’s perspectives for strategic & creative insight
  • Ensure that Studio team are kept across creative, and have all the key production and delivery info required
  • Briefing the Studio team on production elements and delivery
  • Provide delivery confirmation to key Stakeholders
  • Where necessary reconcile project budgets
  • Maintain team documents including resource, project status and budget trackers.
  • Managing the delivery of content to owned and commercial channels through Stakeholders, Media agencies and bespoke processes through the Creative Studio.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; but is calm under pressure



  • 3+ years experience working in a creative agency or production environment - with a heavy focus on BTL deliverables, such as Press, Direct Mail, Email, Digital Display, OOH and Social assets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Account management skills

This roles involves static work and is a Project manager/account manager hybrid sort of role rather than production. The account is a broad team (sports cinema, broadband etc)

A very much "can do" attitude is required and a creative agency background or if they have worked with internal agencies would be a major plus.

Rate is to Candidates Umbrella Company as this is inside IR35
