The Senior Project Manager will lead on the shaping and delivery of the New Customer Premise Equipment project with E2E responsibility across all contributing delivery workstreams. There will have full responsibility for the planning, communication and active management of risks and issues relating to the project.
- Management and delivery of the New CPE plan ensuring all workstreams are resourced and delivered through our delivery framework
- Day to day management of Project Delivery Managers, BA's, Technical Architects and Knowledge Management; driving pace
- Will be responsible for the sizing/ shaping and scoping of all delivery
- Establish and maintain influential and effective relationships with senior stakeholders
- Be the initial point of escalation for Ops and Technical issues during implementation
- Identify potential areas of conflict across workstreams, business units or between projects and actively manage
- Influence planning and delivery of strategic and tactical change programmes through delivery of key outputs including planning, analysis and management of resources to ensure effective integration into the operational areas
- Produce and manage an integrated E2E Plan for the delivery of the programme through to launch calling out and managing risks, assumptions and dependencies related to delivery
Required Experience:

Experience of delivering large scale projects
Prior Experience of delivery within Telco, preferably CPE/Product delivery experience
Experience within E2E delivery including technical delivery, Marketing and Business Change
