Payment and Delivery Coordinator - urgently required

A chance to work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment to create, organize, and execute contract compliance elements across our client's original and licensed content for global Direct-to-Consumer and Linear business units.  Manage large project load across multiple creative business units, primarily from a financial & deliverables perspective. In particular, this role will be critical for meeting Direct-to-Consumer deliverable requirements and supporting broader strategic goals.   

Exceptional interpersonal skills and grasp of the global business is criticalEqually essential is attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and deliver consistently and calmly under pressure.  This position will also participate in special projects and departmental initiatives.  The position is based in London, has potential for some travel, and does not offer a relocation package.


  • Track production, delivery, promotional, and financial elements of commissions, co-productions, acquisitions, and repackages from inception to delivery.  Must have aptitude for data governance, reporting, and the ability to maintain content systems data.
  • Finalize Contracted Deliverables, Payment Schedule and pro formas during contract negotiation, working in collaboration with Production Manager and Network Production.  Service Global deliverables needs for original content and maintain standards to support global content sharing.
  • Supervise the delivery & review of all deliverables for contract compliance.  Monitor production schedules and track key deliverables timed to arrive with the program master for transmission
  • Supervise all payments to external producers & talent, monitoring contractual milestones and releasing payments through financial systems
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including Network Programming & Production, Production Managers, Talent Management, and Content Operations, providing status of vendors’ contractual obligations and communicating any adverse impact of production & delivery changes
  • Provide support to Production Managers, Programming, and Finance on cash flow management
  • Perform any change management tasks related to financials throughout production cycle including, but not limited to, overage approvals & tracking


  • Understanding of and experience in the Media Production process and current industry standard practices preferred
  • A highly organised, self-starter who has the ability to prioritize duties effectively.  A high level of organisational ability, administrative and time management skills are necessary in order to succeed in this role. Ability to work across multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
  • A team player who can build productive relationships – must be able to interact effectively with management team, corporate partners and members throughout the organisation. 
  • Strong project management, interpersonal and writing skills 
  • Fluency in a non-english european language helpful
  • Knowledge of Production Accounting or Finance helpful
  • Proficiency with common production applications such as Excel and budgeting applications preferred.  Knowledge of financial systems such as SAP helpful.  Ability to quickly learn WBD proprietary workflow & reporting systems.

  • Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom
