Our client, a newly established film production company based in the Middle East requires an experienced and dynamic Head of Production to report to the CEO.
Head of Production – Production House
The purpose of the Role is to supervise all the projects under the production company portfolio and to organize funding and supervise the production department in the creation of the films, television shows, web series or commercials.
The holder must ensure the films are completed on time, within budget, and to artistic and technical standards and released to largest audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Seeing the production through from conception to final cut
Develop long terms strategy of the production house.
Provide sustainable growth ideas for the production house.
Acquire, retain, and develop talent for the production house.
Manage P&L of production house successfully.
Supervise the Production department to ensure films are completed
on time, within budget, and to artistic and technical standards.
Supervise the Post-production department to ensure delivery of final
product to artistic and technical standards.
Ensure funding for the development of films, TV shows, web
series and commercials.
Introduce new concepts and ideas that may align with brand
initiatives of the production house.
Ensure production meets competitive goals and projects the
intended brand image.

The ideal candidate will have the following
- Degree in film, television or related field preferable.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience in film production as producer/exec producer or similar is a requirement and television, radio or journalism beneficial.
- Comfortable with delegation.
- Good multitasking ability.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Business and marketing mindset.
The candidate must have extensive experience and an established portfolio of work in Film production, media production, commercial films, TV shows or web series and have a specialisation in Movie Production.
This role requires working from a base in the Middle East.
